Other than a couple of obvious hiccups from that day, the set went very well. The cracking for your house is minimal, especially for the traveling it had to do to get to your final set. The beautiful home will be covered with plastic and paper to ensure everything stays pristine as our contractors work on it. The septic tank is going in on Tuesday the 12th, barring nothing gets the contractors out of the way. The electric service will also be fully installed that day, and we can get electricity in as soon as the inspector approves it. The floor and jack-posts are being installed this week as well, this will be installed by the same crew that set your home.
I am hoping to meet with the Michigan Utilities rep tomorrow as well; while I am there.
